Returning HCS Student Registration 2024-2025
All returning students must complete registration for the 24-25 school year. Registration is critical for your child's and the school's safety. It includes documents such as field trip permission, yearbook permission, technology agreements, and other important information.
The registration process will follow the format below:
- Registration for returning students will be open from April 15, 2024, through May 24, 2024.
- On April 15, custodial contacts will receive an email with a Snapcode link to register. This Snapcode link is specific to each student, and you should receive a Snapcode email for each returning student in the family. Please contact the registrar at your child's school if a code is not received by April 16.
- Once you receive the email and log into the registration portal (PowerSchool Enrollment), you should review and/or update all required information.
- Any changes to your student’s current address must be updated in registration.
- Changes to non-custodial contacts must be updated each school year.
- You will save and submit the information for each student.
- You will receive a confirmation email that the submission has been received. Submission does not indicate that your student is registered.
- After the submission is reviewed for residency information, custodial changes, custody papers, etc., you will be notified by email that your child is officially registered for the 24-25 school year. You should not expect to receive an email regarding this by the end of the school year. The review process will continue throughout the summer. If you have not received an email from the school by July 15, please contact the school registrar.
- New proofs of residence are required each time a student enters a school for the first time or changes his/her address. (ex. 6th graders entering middle school and 9th graders entering high school).
- All students entering 6th grade must submit the following documents.
- PROOF OF RESIDENCY (EITHER A LEASE OR RECORDED DEED)
